 The developed system which is English to Runyankole speech translation system. that aimed at developing a desktop application called "TRANSTOOL” that inputs English Speech and then outputs Runyankole speech maintaining the voice of the speaker, English to Runyankole speech system was developed to meet the main- objective of translation English speech to Runyankole speech. The project utilizes the basic concepts Speech processing such as speech recognition and speech synthesis.
