Youngest PhD holders in Uganda

 This year Eng. Dr. Erion Bwambale joins the list of youngest PhD holders in Uganda. See the road map Aug. 2012 reported to Engineering school Busitema university Faculty of Engineering for BSc. Agricultural Mechanisation and Irrigation Engineering and several years in various Engineering courses graduates 2023 Nov. with PhD in Engineering Congratulations 🎉👏🎉👏🎉 to our youngest Dr. HE HAS BEEN IN ENGINEERING SCHOOLS FOR RECORD 11 YEARS TO OBTAIN PHD.

We reported together in 2012 as The author is also on the path to get a PhD in Computer Science. I reported for BSc Computer Engineering graduated in 2016, enrolled for Dip. Aircraft maintenance Engineering (4yrs course 2018-2022) currently enrolled at Óbuda university Budapest Hungary for MSc Computer Science Engineering (2 years) then hoping thereafter to enrol for PhD in Computer Science - Artificial intelligence specialisation.

I've so far been in class for 8years since I completed my Advanced level UACE. 

By PhD I'll have been in class for 14 years all in Engineering professions.

 The developed system which is English to Runyankole speech translation system. that aimed at developing a desktop application called "TRANSTOOL” that inputs English Speech and then outputs Runyankole speech maintaining the voice of the speaker, English to Runyankole speech system was developed to meet the main- objective of translation English speech to Runyankole speech. The project utilizes the basic concepts Speech processing such as speech recognition and speech synthesis.
